We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this website, any patient information, medical records or other clinical data.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about training at the institute, principally to arrange the telephonic counselling call that precedes selection, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Form handling

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to the institute by a third-party form service, which transmits the message to our inbox. The submission is processed solely to deliver your enquiry to us.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate: which pages are read, and how people arrive. This is used to improve the website. It does not identify you personally to us.

Course materials

Course presentations, recordings, manuals, photographs, videos and protocols provided to registered participants are for their personal educational use only, and may not be reproduced, commercially distributed, uploaded or shared without prior written permission.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our admission records, and no longer than is reasonable for those purposes.
