The information and training provided during the programme are intended to enhance the participant’s knowledge and understanding of infertility evaluation and management. The programme does not constitute a licence, registration, degree, postgraduate qualification or statutory authorization to independently perform any medical or ART procedure.

Participants remain solely responsible for their clinical decisions and actions after completion of the programme. The organisers, faculty members, trainers and associated institutions shall not be responsible for any diagnosis, treatment decision, procedure, complication, adverse outcome or medico-legal consequence arising from a participant’s independent clinical practice.

Participants must practice strictly within the scope of their professional qualification, registration, training, competence and applicable laws, regulations and professional guidelines.

Hands-on sessions are conducted under appropriate supervision and according to the facilities, patient consent, institutional policies and applicable legal and ethical requirements.

Participation in a hands-on or live procedure does not imply certification of independent competency in that procedure.

No participant shall independently perform any procedure on a patient merely on the basis of attendance or completion of this programme.

Where live clinical cases are included, patient safety and confidentiality shall remain the highest priority. Participation in or observation of live cases will be subject to appropriate patient consent and institutional policies.

Participants shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient information, medical records, photographs, videos, investigations and other clinical information accessed during the programme.

No participant may photograph, record, reproduce, publish or share patient-related information without explicit written permission from the concerned authority and compliance with applicable law.

Treatment protocols, drug doses, stimulation protocols, laboratory techniques and clinical approaches discussed during the programme are for educational purposes. Clinical practice should be based on individual patient assessment, current evidence, applicable professional guidelines, institutional protocols and applicable laws.

The organisers and faculty do not recommend that any participant adopt a particular treatment protocol without appropriate clinical evaluation and professional judgment.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their clinical practice complies with all applicable laws, regulations, ethical requirements and professional standards governing infertility treatment and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).

Completion of this programme does not by itself confer eligibility to establish, register or operate an ART clinic, ART bank, fertility laboratory or any other regulated medical facility.

The organizers and faculty make no guarantee regarding pregnancy rates, live-birth rates, IVF/IUI outcomes, ovarian response, oocyte yield, embryo development or any other clinical outcome.

A certificate of participation/completion may be issued subject to attendance and fulfilment of the programme requirements. The certificate should not be interpreted as a statutory license, specialist qualification or independent procedural competency certification unless specifically recognized by the relevant competent authority.

Medical knowledge, guidelines, technologies, drugs and clinical practices evolve continuously. Course content represents the knowledge and evidence available to the faculty at the time of teaching and may be updated whenever appropriate.

Participants are expected to maintain professional, ethical and respectful behavior throughout the programme. The organisers reserve the right to discontinue a participant’s participation in the programme in case of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, violation of patient safety requirements or other serious violations of programme rules.

Course presentations, recordings, manuals, photographs, videos, protocols and other educational materials provided by the organizers are intended for the personal educational use of registered participants only. They may not be reproduced, commercially distributed, uploaded or shared without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizers, faculty, trainers and associated institutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, claim, injury or damage arising from a participant’s use or application of knowledge gained during the programme.
